Our bay has no road access. From the nearest parking area there is a 10 minute walk along a natural footpath (not suitable for bikes or heavy luggage). Everything here is slower and harder to fix than on the mainland. What kind of guests we welcome: -simple and not demanding, -calm, respectful, -patience if something goes wrong or needs time to repair (island service is slow) -mindful with resources -comfortable with simple living Not suitable for guests who: -expect hotel comfort -use large amounts of water -get stressed by insects, wind, or nature -need perfect Wi-Fi This house is ideal only for easy-going, responsible guests who don’t stress when things occasionally go differently than planned, cherish nature, care for water resources and enjoy simple living. If you are a gentle soul who loves untouched nature, accepts simplicity, and enjoys peace rather than luxury, this place may become one of the most unforgettable stays of your life. Requirements & House rules & Important to Know ! -Water & Electricity- Water is from the well (no drinking water). The house uses rainwater. Firemen deliver water when tanks run dry. Guests must use water modestly as its supply is limited. -Nature & Cleanliness- The bay is a natural habitat for lizards, bees, spiders, snakes, mice and rats... There are no poisonous animals on the island. They keep away from people but only if the place is kept really clean. All food must be stored tightly in the metal cabinet. Smells of food and leaving crumbs invites animals inside. Garbage should be taken out regularly. -Internet- Not reliable. The bay is not well covered and sometimes doesn't work at all (depends on the weather and the load of users). If you rely on strong, stable Wi-Fi for work, conferences, or streaming, reconsider the booking. - Ferries & Travel to the Island - Two daily options from Split (3–4 times per day): -Ferry (for cars/motorbikes). -Catamaran/Speedboat (for pedestrians only). Ferry lines can be crowded in high season. In top season if arriving by car buy the tickets online few days in advance. Only a ticket guarantees boarding. For pedestrians there is always enough space on board. Tickets are also sold in the port of Split. No public lighting on paths - arriving in daylight is essential *OUR REQUIREMENTS* 1. Modesty and unpretentiousness are required. Water is from a well and it is required to pay attention to the water consumption. 2. Keeping the place tidy and taking good care of things will prevent rats and mice coming into the house. 3. Communication before your arrival is inevitable so that we can figure out how to get your luggage to the house. 4. It is difficult to overhaul anything in such isolated areas so if something goes wrong, we have to wait patiently for the service from mainland. Things here are not accessible or quickly arranged.

- About the place and when to visit - If you value staying by the sea, under the starry sky and dream of direct contact with nature living in this house may feel like paradise. If you need extra comfort, amenities, or quick service, it will not suit you. The price does not reflect luxury equipment or comfort but the exceptional location - Good enough equipped tiny home with handcrafted furniture, positioned a step away from the crystal-clear sea. -Seasons- Low season (May/June & Sept/Oct): quiet, peaceful, secluded, truly magical. Weather may be cooler, but nature is at its best. High season (July & August): the bay becomes very vibrant with lots of boats and nautical visitors. If you prefer absolute silence, please book outside these months. - The house - is small (24 2m) and simple by design. It has: -Direct access to the sea (stairs) -Loft bedroom (not ideal for very tall guests) -Outdoor enclosed shower (no hot water) - Indoor toilet and a sink (hot water) -Simple kitchen with two gas burners (no stove or grill), fridge with a small freezer + basic cooking essentials (spices, oil, vinegar, coffee, sugar, salt...), water heater, toaster, hand mixer -Covered terrace, dining area, hammock, sun chairs -We also provide linens, face - body towels, toilette paper, candles, mosquito repellent for the house, hair&shower soap, detergents, plastic bags, hand lamps and some other useful things.
