From Istarska Street, where the Zahtila apartment is located, the sea can be reached on foot within a 5-minute easy walk up two public stairs. When you leave the apartment and come to the street, head towards the beginning of the street, left and right there are public stairs that both lead to the sea. The left public stairs lead you through the surrounded trees to the bus station, to the right of which there are new public stairs which then lead you to the center of Rabac and the sea. The right public stairs lead you to the main road, where by crossing the pedestrian crossing you come across new public stairs which then lead you to Maslinica beach. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, 2 min walking distance from the apartment, in G. Martinuzzi Street, there is a brand new children's playground equipped with many devices (swings, slide, etc.) If you are a bit adventurous, you can take a walk along Sentona's trail that leads from Rabac to Labin along a beautiful forest path full of springs, streams and rapids. Also, near the beach Maslinica there is a historical landmark Teleferika, so you can visit it to.
