There are 5 apartments in the house, 4 is for rent, and in one is me Nikica and my family. Apartment A4 30m2 2+2, apartment A2 30m2 2+1, apartment A5 60m2 4+1 and apartment A1/A3 4+2 60m2 with jacuzzi
Neighbourhood information
The house is in a street connected to the beach and there is not much traffic, so children can freely go to the beach where there is a beach bar and you can rent pedal boats and jet-ski.... The restaurant is about 300m away as is the market. As far security i think that is the biggest plus.
