The BURIC HOUSE is located beachfront, overlooking islet Figarola. Ideal for guests seeking tranquility. The villa has four apartments, a Mediterranean style garden with sun bathing area and shower, direct access to the beach, reserved parking inside courtyard (one for each apartment, more on request). All apartments have terraces or balconies with sea view, satellite TV, air conditioning, 15" laptop size safety box, equipped kitchens, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, bathrooms with shower, hairdryer, towels and bathroom amenities. Apartments: VINTAGE - 95m2 ground floor 36m2 partially covered terrace - best suited for 4 up to 6 people, 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms; KLASIK - 42m2 ground floor, 26m2 terrace - best suited for couples, 1 bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchen, STUDIO MINI - 2-storry, 40m2, 7,5m2 balcony - best suited for couples, M SUITE - 95m2 with 54m2 terrace, 2 bedrooms with bathroom each, living room with kitchen, all sea view, on the top of the villa, max. occupancy 4 people. Each apartment has its own entrance and we have enough space in our garden for social distancing.
The BURIC HOUSE is located beachfront in the quiet residential neighborhood of Borik, just 2,5 km north-west of Rovinj's historical center, just a short walk away from a minimarket, beach bar and restaurants and the new family hotel Amarin.
