The house was built in 1990 on a spacious lot and is facing the bay of Lovrečica, so all apartments get a gorgeous sea view. The owners are very meticulous people and are constantly working on improving the amenities to match the comfort expected by the vacationers.
Neighbourhood information
Lovrečica is a very old village with few locals that live there since the majority of the properties are private vacation homes. This makes the place a perfect getaway for older people and families that are searching for some peace and quiet since there is no night clubs or bars. However, just 2 km away in each direction there are large camps wih all modern infrastructure where even the outside guests can enjoy in classic vacation outlets (water toys, mini golf, restaurants, souvenir shops, beach bars, swimming pools, etc.).
