Very quiet, friendly and easy-going person, living with my wife and two children in the Netherlands, renting the apartments in our house on the island of Hvar, Croatia. We will do our utmost to make our guests feel comfortable and satisfied in our house on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Due to distance from our apartments house (we live in the Netherlands during the year and are in Croatia during the summer holidays) we may not be available personally at all times but we will make sure there is always a trusted friendly person there to welcome you and make your stay with us pleasant. Of course, we can always be reached by email or phone should you have any queries or complaints. When available, we will maintain an "open door policy" towards their guests. The guests may visit us in our apartment and are free to suggest, discuss, praise or complaint about any issue they deem relevant. We will strive to socialise with guests to the extent possible and will advice and recommend to the guests the places of niterest on the island or connect them with the locals for more immersive experience of the islander's way of life.

Villa Maslinica is a newly built house. Its location is ideal for people in need of a peace and quiet holidays while still having an option to quickly reach all the required shopping, entertainment, beautiful and versatile beaches and other facilities. The house itself is situated above the village and it provides a beautiful view to the village and the surrounding area including the nearby hills. The house is not directly on the Adriatic but the sea is very close to it on three sides. It is on the asphalted road and it is easily accessible by the car.

Villa Maslinica is located on a quiet location above the village. All the facilities available in the village are located 5 min walking distance (200 meters) from the house. Pharmacy and doctor are 4km (5 min by car), nearby bigger town Jelsa 4 km and Stari Grad 7 km. The famous town of Hvar is 20 km away (15-20 min by car). The nature around the house is virtually intact and green with pine forest being just across the road. Beautiful stone beaches with crystal clear water are roughly 300 meters away and the main Vrboska beach is some 800 meters away down the road which passes next to the house (by car available in 2 min). Vrboska is known on the island of Hvar for having many gorgeous beaches.
