A newly refurbished stylish apartment for 4 persons in center of Slatine on the island of Čiovo (conect by a bridge to the mainland); 3 min walk from a nearest beach and very close to all amenities Apartment Domi (PET FRIENDLY) offers a fully equipped accommodation in a recently restored stone house on two floors (with total surface of 74 sq. met), consisting of two bedrooms (with king size beds of 160x200 cm), living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a small storage room. The apartment is equipped with three air conditioning units - one on the ground floor and two on the upper floor in both bedrooms. We provide a high speed wifi internet. There is a smart TV with cable channels and free Netflix in each bedroom and living room. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle two type's of coffee maker (espresso and filter coffee). The house itself was built by in the 1960's and it was a home of native locals. It was completely renovated in 2024, keeping in mind keeping the spirit of old times, combining dalmatian tradition with all the elements of modern life. When staying at this property you can truly feel like a local. There is a free public parking nearby, but we cannot guarantee a parking place and sometimes can be tricky finding it. So for those arriving without a car, there is regular bus line from Trogir to Slatine and a boat line Slatine-Split and in the opposite direction. The scenic boat line between Split and Slatine is highly recommended. Also, for those who arrive without car I would gladly offer a pick up from the airport if I am available. Slatine is a small fishing and tourist village situated on the northeastern side of the island Čiovo, 8 km from Trogir and 12 km from Split airport. It lies on the coast of Kaštela bay, opposite Split and peninsula Marjan, which are to the east. There are 1,106 inhabitants in the settlement. Slatine has a bakery, a post office and couple of supermarkets. The village also had a small primary school and a kindergarten. The village is serviced by a local volunteer fire service and has a church and a monastery nearby. Slatine has numerous restaurants and beach bars giving it popularity with locals and tourist for its nightlife.
