This property is located in a quiet neighbourhood, only 5 min walk form the city center and 12 minutes walk from the beach. There is a yard where you will have a space for a car and of course you can use the grill. Also, we have trampoline for kids in the yard. The apartment is equipped with one bedroom, living room with the kitchen, bathroom, and balcony with a view on the pool and olive yard, there is an air condition, flat-screen TV with satellite programs, free WiFi. Around the house are a big yard and an orchard with many olive trees, so you will definitely sleep peacefully. The apartment offers a free outdoor pool (40 sqm) with the sun terrace equipped with the sun loungers and parasols

Our neighborhood is nice because here is everything very close.The beach,shops,cafes,center,restaurants...also the people in our neighborhood are nice people ;)
