Beach House Labineca is a complex of two spacious Mediterranean villas, located first row to the sea – right on the beach in Gradac, on the southern Makarska Riviera. Each villa offers privacy, comfort, and authentic Dalmatian charm, with modern amenities and stunning sea views. Perfect for families and friends who want to relax by the sea, explore nearby islands, or enjoy active holidays such as kayaking, cycling... We also organize guided motorbike and photography tours with accommodation in our house.
We are a family business with over 60 years of tradition in tourism on the southern Dalmatian coast. In addition to accommodation at Beach House Labineca, as a licensed travel agency and locals who know this region deeply, we organize authentic and attractive tours – from photo and motorbike trips to cultural and gastronomic experiences.
Town of Gradac is the administrative and tourist center of the riviera with the most beautiful and the longest beaches... Old settlement has been around since prehistoric times. Stone slabs from the Bronze and later Iron Age can testify to that fact. In Classical antiquity, Roman Civitas Biston existed in the location of Gradac. Old coastal hub of the Narona colony was an important Roman stronghold in this part of the Adriatic. Specimens of Roman money, and a rim part of a monumental structure from 2nd-3rd century were found at Gradina locality. One of the oldest preserved structures in Gradac region is a chapel of St. Paškvalin on Plana hill. New church of St. Michael was built in 1852.
