Our properties consist of two separate villas "The West Villa" and "The East Villa" that are located one next to the other overlooking the beautiful Cista Luka Bay just a few hundred meters north of the center of Cavtat. The two properties underwent a complete reconstruction on the historical site of the Rural Complex Anic-Nikic dating back to the 18th century (see location details here). The reconstruction was completed in year 2012. ​ The two villas boast an aggregate covered area in excess of 450 square meters surrounded by about 600 square meters of garden. ​ The villas are able to host up to a total of 24 guests. They can be rented separately or together. The West Villa is slightly larger and can host up to 14 guest while the East Villa - slightly smaller - can host up to 10 guests. ​Amenities include: Sea-front location (with up to 6 beaches within 8-10mins walk from the villas) A/C throughout the villas 2 LCD TV set in each villa with Satellite TV channels Audio system with IPod and USB hookups WiFi internet access

Paolo and Mirna met in the late 90s in the USA. They have been living in NYC since 2002 and since 2006 are the happy parents of Marco and Maya: their twin kids. The idea to acquire and develop a property in Croatia was born in 2002 when Paolo and Mirna married. They decided to get married in Dubrovnik and discovered at the time a scarcity of quality properties to match the beauty of the Croatian coastline. The idea to develop their own property was hence born. After acquiring a site, home to an ancient rural settlement by the sea just north of Cavtat and after years of work with Croatian authorities, local architects and craftsmen the first two houses of the property were completed in 2012. Our goal has been to develop the holiday house of our dreams for the enjoyment of our family, our friends and other people who believe like us that there can be luxury in simplicity and natural beauty, that a well built house with quality finish and modern amenities should be beautiful and in harmony with the nature that surrounds it and the sea it overlooks …if you feel the same way, drop us a line. . Cavtat is a lively summer resort located just a few kilometers south of Dubrovnik along the coast. It has a rich culture and history and offers amazing beaches, crystal clear water and tons of activities. The Villas are about 15/20mins walk to Cavtat center village. It's a comfortable walk along the shore promenade that is dotted with cafes and restaurants. Public transportation is available to go to Dubrovnik either via bus or via ferry (the ferry pier is about 5mins for our villas and ferries leave every couple of hrs) Within walking distance are also several beaches. Four more private and quiet on the north side of the bay (just simple pebble beaches with no services, but with crystal clear water and very few people) and two more on the south side of the bay with typical services (e.g. cafe, chairs and umbrella rental, water-sports, jet-skis, scuba-diving etc...). The villa is located in between the north and south side of the bay and all beaches are within 10mins walk maximum from the villa.
