House Botanika is located on a quiet street near the Mollinary spring and Opatovina park. It includes three bedrooms for a maximum of six people, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a relaxation and exercise area (with hot tub). The interior offers plenty of light and a view of the greenery. Home office is also possible with free internet access and a spacious desk. A quiet retreat can be found under the grape pergola in the front garden. Behind the house, the lawn offers plenty of relaxation opportunities, accompanied by soothing herbs and plant scents that are a pleasure to pick and enjoy. Sports facilities and health and cosmetic services can be found in the nearby (500 m) Topusko Thermal Spa. Easily accessible are also the pharmacy, a hairdressing salon, a bakery, a fruit and vegetable store and other supply facilities.
