We welcome you to Loza Blue, a newly renovated modern apartment with a breathtaking sea view, located at the very edge of the Premuda island, in Dalmatia. With its beautiful and untouched nature and cheerful and friendly locals, you will fall in love with this place as soon as you set foot on the island. The 45 m² apartment is suitable for couples, families, or any other group of 2-4 people, with the possibility of an additional king-size sofa bed or a cot on request. The property includes two private parking spots and a patio facing both east and west, enabling you to enjoy sunny mornings outside as well as lovely sunsets and evenings in an intimate environment. The inside of the apartment is newly furnished and equipped with all the new appliances you could need during your stay, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a portable oven, a flatiron, a hairdryer, and more. The bedroom, furnished with a comfortable new king-size bed, has a glass wall allowing you to enjoy your view even from the bed but also providing you total privacy by pulling the curtains. The bathroom includes a double sink, toilet, bidet, and a spacious walk-in shower.

Looking directly at the sea, you can also notice the old ferry port Loza, from which our property gets its name, only 250 m or 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Walking through the "center" of the island, you will come across the nearest market (100 m), the local Church of St. Jacob (200 m), and the local post office (300 m). On the opposite side of the island, only 1 km or 15 minutes walking distance, is the new ferry port Krijal, which has a few public beach options, two restaurants, a market, and the local Church of St. Cyriacus. Two shipping lines sail into the port of Krijal coming from the city of Zadar: one is the Jadrolinija ferry boat, which is great if you are traveling with a car, and the other one is the TP Line catamaran, which is very fast, taking only 1h 20 mins to get to the island. Premuda Island is home to less than 100 permanent residents, most of them being elderly and retired, and some of them doing fishing, agriculture, and tourism for a living. The locals on the island have maintained the same way of living for centuries, keeping the traffic minimal to non-existing, which makes this place the perfect destination for those seeking a calm, isolated, peaceful, and quiet vacation.
