The beautiful Luxury House Natanel is located on the island of Brač, in the village of Škrip, the oldest settlement on the island. The villa was built in 2021 in a contemporary style, it offers its guests 260 m2, and the total area of the property is 800 m2. The nearest beach is just 2 km away from the house and the house itself is located in a quiet environment that is ideal for families with children. A maximum of 10 people can stay in the villa, and guests will be comfortably accommodated in 5 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, and the remaining four have a shower cabin. On the ground floor, there is a beautifully decorated living room with a couch, two sofas, a piano, a romantic fireplace, a coffee table, and a TV. Near the living room there is a dining room with a dining table with 6 seats, and a modern kitchen with a bar and two bar stools, plus a small mini bar. The entire ground floor is completely adapted for people with disabilities, and there is The bedrooms lead directly to the balcony where you can enjoy drinking your morning coffee or meditating, relaxing your body and soul. There is also a sofa and a small table on the balcony. On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated swimming pool with the additional functionality of electrolysis and a waterfall, it is 1.5 meters deep and its size is 33 m2. Next to the pool, there are 4 deckchairs for sunbathing, and an outdoor table for eating. You can also use an outdoor gas grill. The courtyard of the House is fully built and offers its guests 5 private parking spaces, and the villa has a view of the sea from two bedrooms.

OPG Katja Cukrov was founded by Katja and Kruno Cukrov with the intent to reinvigor the agricultural production on the island which stagnated, due to extensive migration from the Island to the Americas and the rest of the world. Firstly, they began with restoration of the old Olive Groves, couple od them several centuries old. While they started with agriculture they quickly transitioned to cultural restoration, since the husband, Kruno, had in his family possesion a 160 year old Olive mill located inside their families 400 yeard old house. With the love for his herritage, he embarked on a 4 year long restoration process, in which he menaged to restore the entire Mill and to reopen under the name „Olive Oil Museum“, which in todays time is one of the biggest attraction on the Island and part of the cultural heritage of the Republic of Croatia. In recent times they built the Luxury House Natanel. Thier idea was to contribute to high quality accomodation which was lacking all over the Island and especially in Škrip. They live in Supetar now and have three daughters.
