Newly renovated studio apartment located in Premantura only 5 minute drive from cape Kamenjak and its beautiful beaches. It's a ground floor apartment 37m2 with a double bed (160x200), brand new TV and WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with a dinning table, a spacious bathroom with a shower and pantry next to it. In front of the house there's a terrace and free parking space.
The apartment can be found on Google Maps, but it is necessary to enter the address Rupine 76. Unfortunately, Google has not changed anything regarding this area for 11 years, so the name of the address is old, the wrong number is entered and the appearance of the apartment is old. Thank you for understanding.
