Ons huis is bijzonder sfeervol ingericht en ligt in het oude centrum van Vrbnik op loopafstand van de haven en het strand.
Ons huis heeft een aparte Konoba ( begaande vloer) met een tweepersoons waterbed koelkast koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker en er is een badkamer met wasbak douche en wc.
Het huis heeft op de eerste verdieping een tweepersoons slaapkamer aparte badkamer met douche wasbak en wc en een wasmachine en droger.
De tweede verdieping is een ruime woonkamer / keuken compleet ingericht en een slaapbank.
De derde verdieping is een groot dakterras met twee ligbedden en een eettafel voor 6 tot 8 personen en zijn ook twee hangstoelen.
Vrbnik ligt op het mooie eiland KRK met heel veel bezienswaardigheden en stranden .
Vrbnik staat bekent om zijn heerlijke wijn en is een mooi monumentaal stadje met in de zomer maanden regelmatig traditionele feesten en live muziek op het dorpsplein.
Op loopafstand van ons huis zijn diverse restaurants pizzeria's terrassen en cafeetjes.
