A new, luxuriously decorated modern villa with an area of 115 m2 is located in the town of Krk. The villa accommodates a total of 6 people. On the ground floor of the villa there is a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances (toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven), a small bathroom without a shower and a living room with a view of the pool and terrace. On the first floor of the house there are three rooms and two bathrooms. For complete enjoyment in spending time with family or friends, there is an outdoor table and barbecue on the terrace. Free WI-FI and parking are provided, and the entire house is air-conditioned. The distance to the local shop is 100 m, to the supermarket 400 m, while the distance to the beach is 990 m, and to the restaurant 500 m. This modern villa is the perfect choice for all those who want to be in the center of all the happenings.

Neighbourhood information

The island of Krk is the largest island in the Adriatic and is full of attractions that will capture your attention in just 5-15 minutes by car to all locations. The highway and the airport are also nearby. The city of Krk has beautiful old churches, old city walls, towers and remains of the ancient Romans, the city of Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic and Košljun with the famous Franciscan monastery. Baška has one of the largest sandy beaches and an aquarium, Soline bay has healthy mud and the Biserujka cave. In all these places there are many restaurants where you can try fresh fish, wine and other specialties, take a ride on fishing and tourist boats and swim with dolphins or take the children on a submarine ride (Krk city).
