Pleasant ambience Stone house Iva have 4 modern, spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen and full equipped living room with TV and WiFi. Our beautiful garden has pleasant wooden swing which makes it an extraordinary place to relax with your morning cup of coffee and a great sea view. There is also quite a big pool and barbecue, great for comfortable nights by the fireplace and pool entertaining.
The whole villa with all amenities are exclusively for our guests. We wait for our quests, then we make check-in, show them the property, explain them everything...After all, we leave them to enjoy their holidays. We are always on their complete disposition for any demand by phone or e-mail. On the end we are there to make check-out.
Intimate villa is situated in Oštro, near small town named Kraljevica and close to the beach. Best of all is that you can have your intimate vacation because the place is located in peaceful green oasis still only 7 minutes walk away from the beach. In case that you are bored or weather does not allow you to have your time at the beach, you are conected, in all directions, with the rest of entertaining methods, such as cinema, cultural places, shopping malls, etc. – 10 km to larger city Crikvenica and 20 km to Rijeka. Airport Rijeka is 5 km away. If you are a sport type, take a ride with a bike at Mediterenian forest, but you also can visit biggest Croatian island Krk which is 2 km away from house and full of bike trails and other entertaining contents.
