Villa Mala is a semi-detached house located in Čepljani, a village that is situated only 7 km from the center and old town of Umag. This 2 bedroom Villa is 72 m2 big and spreads over 2 floors; ground and upper floor. Roofed terrace with dining table and chairs and a barbecue as well as a lounge area for relaxation are all available in the garden. The villa has 2 bedrooms, one with a french bed and the other one with 2 single beds. Ground floor consists of fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room and an access to the terrace and the garden. This villa offers also a Tavern on the ground floor and with a separate entrance. There is a fireplace in the Tavern with kitchen (4 hotplates, oven) and dining table. Upper floor consist of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with hydro massage shower with a sauna and a washing machine. Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and an oven, microwave, fridge with a freezer, water kettle, coffee machine and a toaster. Dining room has a dining table and chairs (sits 6 people) and living room has a sofa for 2 people and flat screen SAT TV. The entire villa is air conditioned, WiFi is free and available throughout the property. Private parking
