Property information

Guesthouse Villa DomeNico was designed and built with lot of love of our family members. It is family accomodation and contains three comfortable rooms and a studio apartment and are well equipped with all necessary for your comfortable stay. Our goal is to ensure you cozy and relaxing stay during your well-deserved vacation. We are dedicated to our guests and ready to give you plenty of advices in order to make you vacation more succesfully. For young members of your family there is a kids playground in our backyard and table with benches in shadow of olive tree for you. You will enjoy in your stay!

Neighbourhood information

Guesthouse Villa DomeNico is very well located in the picturesque village of Tromilja (Lozovac), nearby the main entrance to Krka National park (1.3 km), the town of Šibenik (10 km), the small town of Skradin (7 km) and highway exit Šibenik (4 km). It is situated in a nice and quiet street but very close to everything you might need for your vacation (restaurants, pizzeria, cafe, supermarket, bakery, post, gas station etc.) - all within a distance of approx. 300 meters. Highway Zagreb - Split (exit Šibenik) is only 4 km away. After visiting of Krka NP, you can choose a beach on Krka river (in Skradin) or some of many beaches (at seaside) in Šibenik area and they are reacheable in 10-15 minutes by car. In the evening do not missed to visit old town of Šibenik with famous fortresses or small town of Skradin and enjoy in many of sights or dinning in some of nice restaurants. It is well located for daily trips to Zadar or Split area, Plitvice lakes or Paklenica NP and many other interesting destinations. as well.
