Situated in Dubrovnik, right along the Adriatic Sea and less than 4 km from the Old Town, each villa operates independently and features its own private pool, spa area, gym, social space, lounge, and barbecue facilities. Villa E and Villa S each offer 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, while Villa W includes 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a private cinema room. Guests can request boat transfers to the Old Town, as well as the services of a chef, concierge, or driver.
