The beautiful Villa House Iver is located in Kostrena, just a few minutes drive from the center of Rijeka. Villa House Iver can accommodate 8 guests. On the first floor there is lounge area with tavern and fireplace, sauna with shower, and one bedroom with private bathroom. On the second floor there is living room, kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one bedroom has its own bathroom). In the large green garden there is a private pool with stunning sea views. The outdoor area with dining table and barbecue is ideal for preparing meals with family and friends or just chilling by the pool. Villa House Iver is air-conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 2 cars and offers everything for a pleasant vacation close to the sea. The beautiful Villa House Iver is located just a short drive from the center of Rijeka. The first beaches are just a few minutes' walk from the villa. Rijeka is known for its long historical and cultural heritage, numerous restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars and events. Experience the atmosphere of the city with a walk along the Korzo, explore the old town and visit the pilgrimage church in Trsat on a hill above the city. You should definitely pay a visit to the Rijeka Carnival, the fifth largest carnival in the world! Rijeka Airport is located on the island of Krk, just a short drive from the villa. If you want to experience even more, stroll along the beautiful shore of Loungo Mare and experience the nightlife in the nearby town of Opatija - also known as the Pearl of the Adriatic.
