The town of Vodice is a tourist center famous for its lively and various tourist offer and pleasant people. It is a coastal town located in a wide bay, 11 km northwest from the town of Šibenik. The town of Vodice numbers 10,000 inhabitants, and is considered an ideal place for vacation where everyone can find something that they will enjoy. In the very center town of Vodice it is easy to find a beautiful stone house – Villa Lucija. This fully renovated and professionally designed authentic property offers two fully furnished apartments. Studio apartment “Mimoza” is ideal for a couple or a family with a younger child (crib). Apartment has direct access to a large private terrace. Apartment “Lavanda” can accommodate up to four adults and a younger child (crib). Exclusively this apartment can use spectacular roof top city and sea view terrace.
Villa’s host Branimir is a retired businessman who fell in love with Vodice more than 20 years ago. All of his career he has worked with people and understands what is needed for a true vacation. Villa Lucija got its name after his first grandchild. If you wish he would love to share information about the best restaurants, bars, markets, beaches, hidden gems, walks and bicycle rides. He will do his best to make your stay enjoyable, informed and carefree.
Since Villa Lucija is located in the hearth of the town of Vodice all facilities and services such as top rated restaurants, bars, markets, banks, ACI Marina etc. are in reach within minutes. Three national parks in Croatia (Plitvice lakes, Krka, Kornati) are easialy accessible for a daily trip from Vodice.
