VILLA Luxury Maja ***** was built in 2014, for rest of body and soul. Guests have at their disposal an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool (on request , extra payment 50eur/day, the pool can be heated), jacuzzi, sauna, massage room, hall with pool table, table tennis, darts and jukebox. Guests have at their disposal bicycles and props for the sea, a basketball court, and a buoy for the boat. Heating and cooling is via solar collectors and a Daikin heating and cooling system. VILLA Luxury Maja is located in a quiet part of the small place Zablaće, near Šibenik, by the sea, surrounded by forest. The villa has 1000 m2 of interior space, on a 2600 m2 plot of land. It is only 5 km from Šibenik, 55 km from the airport in Kaštela and the airport in Zemunik. Its position in the very center of the Adriatic allows quick access to the Kornati National Park (20 Nm) and the Krka National Park (20 km). In the picturesque bay, where one of the most beautiful rivers, the Krka river, meets the sea, is the oldest Croatian autochthonous city on the coast - Šibenik. The rich history of the city is evidenced by 4 towers, 3 of which surround it from the mainland: Barone, St. John and St. Mihovil and one guards the sea access: the fortress of St. Nicholas, which was declared a UNESCO monument.
