The property is located at the little place called Rudina which is located just 2km from the city of Stari Grad and around 20km from the very popular city of Hvar. Jelsa and Vrboska are just a 10 minutes drive from the property. The property is positioned at the end of the road and its surrounded by a local road and Mediterranean trees. Only the front of the house faces the neighbour. There are two terraces, which can be used morning/night. The build inn barbecue also can be used at any time. There are two bedrooms and one larger sitting room with sofa bed where one or two person can sleep, with possibilities for addiing extra bed if needed. There is one city bike which can be used by guests but this has to be agreed in advance. I also have some tennis requests so you would not need to rent ones. The local beach (Zukova) is 20 min away by foot. Another one (Zavala) is almost the same distance but accessible by car or bike. I would recommend to use a car or a scooter when on holiday in Rudina, explore the island and discover/enjoy a lot of beautiful places just 20 minutes away.

If you are thinking to pay a visit to the Dalmatian coast you should be ready for to experience the most beautiful beaches, beautiful Adriatic sea, wonderful friendly people, beautiful family restaurants and in the air always present the music of the Dalmtian ikon Oliver. Only than you will experience the real Dalmatia.... I live in London, but spend a lot of time travelling, but my favourite summer destination is of course my house in Rudina. Once build as a family summer house, it has been used as such for the last 30 something years. I personally do a lot of bicycle riding, tennis, windsurfing and of course sun bathing and swimming. A lot of visitors enjoy long bicycle rides around the Island (a tour to Jelsa and Vrboska using old roads). There is a possibility of wind surfing at Vrboska where you can learn to surf or rent the surfing board. A tennis court can by found all around the island but I'll recommend the ones in Vrboska. There are various wine cellar around the island where you can taste and buy some local wine.

Safe holiday home Villa Bianca is situated in a small village of Rudina on the island of Hvar. In this difficult times, it’s ideal for a short/long therm holiday, not only because the island of Hvar is without any cases of Corona virus, but also because while staying at the villa, you can completely isolate yourself and your family from any outside contact. The local Žukova beach is only 15 min away and there is never so many tourist on it even in “normal” times which makes it totally safe for keeping social distancing. Shops and restaurants are all equipped with sanitiser and everywhere around the local council has done a lot to keep everybody safe from a possibly infection. The holiday home is isolated from the village with no direct neighbours at the fence. The two plots around the property has never been used by their owners. However, the surroundings are very near and easily explored by foot. Local beaches, the Rudina village, the Glavica place and also the town itself is at 20 min walk downhill.
