On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. From the living room, step outside to enjoy your private oasis: a covered summer kitchen with a barbecue, an outdoor dining space, and a private pool surrounded by sun loungers. Upstairs, there are three stylish bedrooms. Two feature en-suite bathrooms, while the third has its own bathroom just steps away in the hallway. All bathrooms include modern walk-in showers. For your comfort, the villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and secure parking for two cars. Pets are welcome with prior notice and an additional fee of 15,00 EUR/day.
