My name is Anamarija, so my travel agency is markedly named ANAMAR TOURS. The private accommodation agency is the fruit of a long-standing experience in receptive tourism in the destination of Porec with the surrounding Mediterranean cities such as Vrsar, Funtana, Tar, Novigrad and central Istria.

Holiday house with pool, parking and terrace. Designed for a family of max. 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Villa Nel Rosa is a comfortably furnished holiday home located in the small village of Dracevac, near Porec. The house consists of three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with twin beds and the third with a bunk bed. Two bathrooms each with shower and toilet are located between the rooms. The kitchen, dining table and living room extend to the front of the house. The living room opens through a large door directly to the covered terrace with garden furniture and the outdoor pool. Parking for 1-2 cars is located in a closed yard. The very quiet location of the house will provide you with a pleasant vacation. And yet close to the tourist riviera, landscaped beaches, shops, restaurants and a water park.

Villa Nel Rosa is located just a few minutes by car to the Aquacolors Water Park, to the beach in Zelena Laguna and the center of tourist Porec.
