What we love about our apartments is the space we have and the views of the mountains behind us, the views over the Adriatic Sea and the islands from the terraces, pool and even the carpark. The Tui apartment is on the top floor of an original Dalmatian stone house and has its own entrance. The unit has been renovated into a light, airy space without clutter and where one can feel at home. The TV has satelite tv programs, the couches are new and turn into very comfortable sofa beds (with a topper) and the areas around the house give guests some alone space/privacy. The newly built pool has the most amazing view... And why not hire the kayaks for a few hours. We will take you there and pick you up. We want the guests to feel welcome and we are happy to help with any queries and open to suggestions. Meeting people and seeing them leave happy is a great feeling. Being in Mimice is great as it just out of the really busy hub of Omis and there are still lovely quiet strips of beaches. Watching the sunset in the evening is magic.

Hermien (Dutch born) has previously had years of hospitality and hotel management experience all over the world and Steve loves working with tools and fixing things which is very "handy". We love socialising, nature (we drive around a lot discovering the area) and Croatia so far has not disappointed.

There is a lot to do in the area. Omis has mountain climbing, zip-lining, boat trips, white water rafting, a sandy beach to name a few. Mimice has some lovely restaurants (walking distance from the apartments), lots of art work (stone work) which one can find in the strangest places through the town, a busy little marina area with some nice bars and more restaurants. All within 10 minutes walk at the most. We have a mountain backdrop and the small road above us lends itself for nice walks (easy flat or harder going up the mountain). beautifu; beaches are close by.
