Cozy two-story villa is located in a quiet and safe area of Kuta, Bali, within walking distance to the ocean, a fruit and vegetable market, local shops. The villa features a private swimming pool, providing a comfortable place to relax at any time of day. All furniture and equipment in the villa are brand new. All rooms are equipped with new air conditioners and modern televisions. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the villa. Contactless check-in for guests’ convenience. Each room includes: • a comfortable bed • a separate sofa • a private shower • wardrobes for storage • air conditioning • a new TV The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including: • household appliances and kitchenware • a water filtration system & equipment for producing hydrogen-rich water Additional amenities: • massage table • washing machine • iron and ironing board • drying rack Electricity, water and internet are included in the price and you don't have to worry about it. The villa is suitable for both adults and families with children. Its quiet atmosphere, thoughtful amenities, and excellent location make it an ideal choice for a relaxing stay in Bali. Comfortable villa in Kuta, located a 10-minute walk from Kuta Beach. Despite the fact that the villa is located in the most dynamic area of Bali, it is in a quiet place, protected from noise. In walking distance there is a huge shopping area Galeria Bali with a variety of shops and entertainment, Beachwalk Shopping Center, which is very convenient. There are also convenience stores and pharmacies nearby.
