Please have your identity ready for verification during check-in and filling out the registration form. We would like to share some conditions and houserules in our guesthouse. Please read carefully: 1. We have a NO SMOKING policy in public areas within the Guesthouse. Vaping is only permitted in common areas, balconies and cafe patio areas but please consider if there are other guests around. 2. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged items so keep your belongings locked in your belongings. 3. We have zero tolerance for illegal drugs and illegal weapons. 4. No Loud Music and Liquor, as our space is not very large, please be respectful and considerate of other guests who may be sleeping or working in their rooms. 5. You may hear some activities during operational hours at the café around 7 am -10 PM, some sounds can also be heard from residential activities around our guesthouse area. For this reason, we provide earplugs if you need them. 6. Our property is also near other cafes and tenants who provide live music whose sound may be heard in our property area. 7. Please refrain from using all cooking equipment, and any devices that may not be compatible with our room electricity. Because they can cause short circuits and be a fire hazard, they are not allowed in rooms. 8. We provide hair dryers and we also offer irons if needed. Ask our employees if you need it. 9.
