Sunset Cottage is a 3 Rooms Guesthouse located in the west of gorontalo city , Nothing fancy, no AC, no hot water. Your room rate will include Breakfast of toast ,ommelette and jam , You will get free wifi, free drinking water, free tea & coffee all day. The rooms all have a private bathroom inside, and private entrance from the inner garden. Rooms are made using local materials including bamboo and palm tree and coconut tree to fit in with the location which is a mixture of coconut plantations and rice paddies.
Fitted with mosquito nets and a fan for comfort this tranquil location is perfect for relaxing away from the city.
We really enjoy meeting new people, sharing stories and sharing experiences,
The Host Harry, as a former guide, knows the area well and is eager to share his experience and give you tips for your trip.
Harry & Mimin have opened a free English school for local children to learn.
They also arrange ferry tickets and cabin, airport shuttle and other driving requests.
Harry can also act as a guide for longer trips to other areas of Indonesia such as Raja Ampat, Maluku, and Sulawesi Overland Tour if required.
Sunset Cottage is located 20 minutes drive from the city center. Most shops and restaurants are located 1 km from the cottage.
