Property information

This stunning open plan villa is the perfect place for your next holiday with family and friends. It has 4 master bedrooms and one single bedroom. 17m pool. Two storey, yoga studio upstairs with a yoga instructor we can arrange to come give you classes. High speed wifi, Smart TV.

Neighbourhood information

This stunning villa is located in the hidden gem that is Umalas, a few mins from Seminyak's famous beaches, dining and shopping yet set amongst quiet ricefields. It's a very quiet and safe neighbourhood, not too many tourists. We have some house rules which are mostly common sense, we appreciate you abiding by them: - Apart from a 'hand held' size personal blue tooth speaker, guests are not permitted to bring their own large speaker to the villa or Karaoke microphone and system. - Noise should be kept to a respectable level at all times as this is a residential area and we have long term neighbors. That means music should always be played only at a level that can be enjoyed by guests inside the villa, if it can be heard next door then it's too loud, particularly after 10pm. - No smoking in the bedrooms, smokers must use the ash trays provided - Do not swing on the hanging sofa please - If you damage anything please inform us so we can organise how much you will need to pay for it
