No minor (below the age of 18 years) when not accompanied by a parent will be allowed to check-in without:

1) The minor’s Government issued Photo ID proof and;

2) Copy of minor’s parent government issued Photo ID proof and;

3) Written consent of the parent/s. In addition, the hotel at its discretion could call/ video call the parent/s for reconfirmation.

- Every Child below the age of 12 residing with parents will have to be accompanied by their parents all the time while using the swimming pool and around the resort

- As a safety precaution, the parents are responsible for their children, as the property is surrounded with a river on two sides and an infinity pool.
