• Early check-in depends on availability. If you plan to arrive before 7:00 AM, please book your stay from the previous night to guarantee a room.

• We do not allow guests with local IDs (from the same city as the hostel).

• To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, we cannot accommodate guests under 18 years old, even if they are with guardians.

• Private rooms are designed for two guests only, and we’re unable to provide extra beds or mattresses.

• Dorms are gender-specific (Mixed, Male-Only, or Female-Only). Please check carefully before booking, as we are unable to provide refunds for incorrect selections.

• Toiletries are not provided, so we kindly ask you to bring your own.

• We offer free Wi-Fi (up to 2GB per user per day). If you need more, additional data will be charged.

• Our café is open 24/7, so you’ll always have access to food and drinks. To keep things tidy, outside food and beverages are not allowed.

• We maintain a no-alcohol policy for the comfort and safety of all guests.

• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. All rooms, including dorms and private rooms, are strictly non-smoking.

• Please help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere by keeping noise levels low during silent hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).

• Parking is limited, so if you’re bringing a vehicle, please contact us in advance. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot take responsibility for vehicle safety or belongings left inside.

• Pets are welcome in private rooms only (and not in dorms) at a small charge of INR 500 + GST per pet per day (one pet per room). We kindly ask pet owners to take full responsibility for their pets.

• Heaters are available on request for private rooms to keep things cozy. Do not provide the Heaters in ‘DORMITORY’.

• For your convenience, lockers are available. Please use them to store valuables, as we cannot be responsible for lost items.

• If you lose a locker key, a replacement fee of INR 500 + GST will apply.

• Many of our hostels use digital door locks that work with a smartphone app (iOS/Android). Please ensure you have a smartphone to access your room.

• We kindly ask guests to take care of hostel property. Any damages will be charged accordingly.

• To maintain a safe and respectful environment, unlawful activities such as gambling, drug use, and illegal trade are strictly prohibited. Guests found violating these rules may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

• To keep our spaces clean, we request that you avoid eating inside dorms and private rooms.
