Enjoy a peaceful stay in the fully equipped ground floor of our family home. It features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom with hot water, bathtub, washing machine, and both Indian & Western toilets. Cook your own meals in the kitchen with fridge, gas stove, microwave, and water filter. Relax in the living room with sofas, smart TV, cable, Wi-Fi, and inverter. Located on a quiet dead-end street, just 5 minutes from Rock Beach and Marina Beach.
Quiet and safe area, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Just a short walk to Rock and Marina Beaches. Local shops, markets, and restaurants nearby make it easy to enjoy authentic local life and explore the city.
