Our standard check-in time is 1 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion.

We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.

- Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families. - We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.

- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus. - We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services. - Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.

- Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per the property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same. - Bringing or ordering non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited within the property premises.

- We have limited free parking at this property. -

The road leading to the property is accessible via approximately 100 meters of a stepped pathway, which includes one sharp turn.

- We advise you to park your vehicle at paid parking spots near Picture Palace. The parking spots are 200 mtr and 500 mtr from the property, and cost varies subject to the car type. From 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM, no vehicles are allowed on the Mall Road. Parking is available only for private vehicles, which must arrive before 4 PM. (Rented vehicles aren't allowed on the Mall Road and must be parked in the paid parking nearby.)

- All guests are advised to secure their belongings at all times. The property is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

- We do not accept card payments, only UPI and cash are accepted.

- Right to admission reserved. Note: Reach out to the property to reserve/check for a free parking spot on the day of arrival.

Entry to Mall Road is closed for all vehicles from 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

No rental vehicles are allowed on Mall Road.

A note of caution: A driveway leading to the property has a steep downhill section that can be challenging for some guests to navigate. To avoid any accidents, inexperienced drivers and larger vehicles (7-seaters) are advised to avoid it.
