THE SPACE: Attention to detail is present in every corner of the apartment. Divided into two areas, the heart of the apartment houses the bright living room with kitchen, the perfect place to socialize and share special moments. Sideways arranged rooms offer a variety of options for rest and creativity. The lofts connected to the rooms are versatile spaces, perfect for quiet reading, work or peaceful sleep on comfortable sofa beds. Each apartment wing offers four beds and a full bathroom, equipped with a bathtub/shower, toilet and bidet. On the ground floor, you will find a private garden furnished with sofas and armchairs, an outdoor retreat with a view to the sky. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest will be asked to provide a personal identity document. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email together with the booking confirmation. In this property, waste separation is mandatory. Recycling laws are strict in Italy. The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contracts and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
