Property information

Surrounded by green hills, ten minutes from the city centre. Ideal for family, couple or a small group of friends. The property is located on a hill and it's only reachable by car/motorbike/bicycle not on foot. There is no public transport to get to the property. Surrunded by a 5.000 sqm private garden cultivated with olive trees, vines, fruit trees and vegetables, it occupies a part of a typical country house built in mid '800. The rooms combine the original rustic with simple minimalistic style. Guests can use the small "summer kitchen" in the garden and can enjoy the meal on the veranda at any time. The garden is at guest's disposal.

Neighbourhood information

The House is a strategic starting point for trips and excursions to Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Tellaro, Sarzana, Pisa, Lucca etc. 5 Terre are amazing but around La Spezia there are many other fantastic and more quiet places you cannot miss. Please, consider at least a stay of 3 days.
