The apartments are in the historic center and have direct access to the Talvera river park. The new management from September 2021 offers new services in addition to the recent renovation.
My name is Saverio, I or my colleague will be waiting for you at the entrance to hand over the key. For years I have been dealing with tourist hospitality and I always try the best for my guests.
The apartment is located in the historic center with direct access to the Talvera river park. Below the house you can find an excellent restaurant and pizzeria. Bicycle parking is direct on the Bolzano cycle motorway. Nearby we can find the archaeological museum with the "house" of Ötzi, "the man who came from the ice", The free university of Bolzano and the "Museion", a museum of contemporary and modern art.
