A large, bright flat in the railway station area consisting of three bedrooms: a king-size double bedroom suite with a small balcony, en-suite bathroom and a fantastic Jacuzzi; a double bedroom with a king-size bed and small balcony; another double bedroom to accommodate up to six people. The flat has an additional bathroom with shower. The large independent living room includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, sofa and Smart TV. A quality feature of the flat is the large 100-m2 terrace with seating area, dining area with gazebo and solarium. The proximity to the Perugia railway station and the Mini-Metro stop allows guests to visit quite easily both the historic centre and other cities. SPACE: - Two double bedrooms and one double bedroom suite with a Jacuzzi: ideal for relaxing while enjoying a water-jet massage. - Large 100-m2 terrace with sitting area, dining area and solarium. - The flat is a short walk from Perugia’s train station. Famous sights nearby include the Rocca Paolina, the Palazzo della Penna and the Renato Curi Stadium.
