Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time and any updates to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can arrive on time to welcome you. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking, check that this is not a problem for you. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Rapallo applies a tourist tax of 2.5 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights) that will be collected upon arrival 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EUROS to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15:00). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER. The costs of the POOL, entirely managed by the Residence, are: DAILY ENTRY 8 euros per guest HALF DAY ENTRY 4 euros per guest The cost will be paid directly on site to the Residence staff in the pool area. The opening hours are: From 10.00 to 14.45 (half day) 14.45 - 20.00 until mid-July 14.45 - 19.30 until mid-August 14.45 - 19.00 until closing on Sunday 8 September. Showering is mandatory before entering and wearing a swimming cap.

Apartment located in a residential complex surrounded by greenery with an outdoor area shared with condominiums and guests with swimming pool, tennis and bowling green and children's play area, 10 minutes walk from the center and Rapallo station and 1KM from the beaches. Ideal accommodation for staying in the Gulf of Tigullio and visiting the nearby towns of Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino, only 9km away, or Sestri Levante, Moneglia up to the Cinque Terre. Apartment located on the second floor of a four-story building equipped with a lift. The accommodation opens onto a bright living room, with a sofa bed for two people, TV and dining table. A French window provides access to the first balcony of the house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to prepare and consume your meals during your stay: hob with stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils and crockery. Here too there is access to the balcony. You will also find a washing machine that can be used during your stay. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, TV and large wardrobe and also has access to the same balcony as the kitchen and living room and also to a second separate terrace. Finally there is a bathroom complete with toilet and shower. There is free Wi-Fi. Air conditioning ist available. The heating for the winter months is centralized, therefore times and dates of switching on and off are managed by the condominium according to their rules and the directives of the Municipality of Rapallo. Inside the complex there are FREE, UNASSIGNED PARKING spaces. The complex offers the possibility of using common activities shared with other guests or tenants of the complex: swimming pool with extra cost to be paid on site to the pool staff, tennis court, bowling green, children's play area. Pets are allowed for a surcharge.

Located within a residential complex, the apartment remains in a quiet environment and away from noise and traffic. In 15 minutes on foot you can reach Rapallo station and the town centre, where you will find all the services you may need: shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. From here, walking another 400 meters you will reach the seafront and the sea. A 5-minute walk from the building you will find the bus stop if you want to reach the sea and the center by public transport. The apartment does not have assigned private parking but within the complex there are free parking spaces available only for people who are staying or living in the residential complex, so finding a free space is very simple. The rules for using the complex's services will be communicated to you during check-in. The excellent location of the city of Rapallo offers the possibility of visiting the very nearby towns of Zoagli, 7km away, Santa Margherita Ligure, just 4.5 km away, and Portofino, 9.5 km away, destinations loved by tourists from all over the world The cities of Rapallo and Portofino are really very close: for those who wish, it is possible to reach the town on foot passing through the so-called Passeggiata dei Baci, while for those who want to use public transport you can arrive by train in Santa Margherita Ligure and from there use bus line 82 to Portofino, for a total journey of 31 minutes. Moving in the opposite direction you will instead find the pearls of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Sestri Levante about 20km away, Moneglia and continuing you can reach the Cinque Terre, which can also be reached by train in about 40 minutes. For trekking lovers there are many possibilities in the surrounding area, in particular within the Portofino Regional Park: 80 km of free access paths and sites of historical and cultural interest such as the Abbey of San Fruttuoso or the Hermitage of Niasca.
