Our stylish and modern 1-bedroom apartment with private parking is 250 metres from the sea in the most characteristic central district of Lerici. Tastefully designed with high-end décor and set in an elegant, peaceful and historic building on a pedestrian road closed to traffic, it offers a view of the castle and is just steps away from all amenities, restaurants, public transit and beaches, with easy access to hiking trails and touristic excursions. It’s the ideal place to explore the beautiful Poets' Gulf and the Cinque Terre. The apartment is accessible by a comfortable staircase (16 steps) plus an elevator. The living room has a sofa bed, dining area, writing desk and HD smart TV. The full kitchen is equipped with a microwave, induction cooktop, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster and is well stocked with cookware, dinnerware and basic pantry items - plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up. With a comfy memory foam queen-size bed and HD smart TV, the bedroom is a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The apartment also has a 2-in-1 washer/dryer and high-speed Wi-Fi. We have a private parking spot in a nearby garage (350m / 5 min walk from the apartment). Please send us a message at the time of booking to reserve this spot for 15 EUR / night. Check-in (apartment/parking) is only possible from 4:00pm on the day of arrival. Check-out (apartment/parking) is only possible until 10:00am on the day of departure. Unfortunately we cannot offer early check-in or late check-out for any bookings. TOURIST TAX: All guests must pay the Lerici Tourist Tax (imposta di soggiorno). As required by the City of Lerici for top ranked vacation homes, this apartment has a Tourist Tax rate of: 4 EUR per guest per night (for up to five nights). Children aged 12 and under are exempt from the tourist tax. All guests must pay the tourist tax in cash at the property. This is the perfect location for you to experience the best that Lerici has to offer. You’ll be just a few minutes from the main square Piazza Garibaldi, the marina and the 12th century castle, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Poets' Gulf and the open sea. Behind the castle is the closest sandy beach - just 600m (7 min walk) from the apartment. The apartment is on a quiet pedestrian street closed to traffic and full of fantastic restaurants and shops. All major amenities (ATM, grocery store, pharmacy, bars, cafes, gelato shops, bus stop, ferry port) are within a 3-minute walking distance. From the main square, you can enjoy a stroll along the scenic seafront promenade which leads to the local beaches. The Lido di Lerici Beach is just 750m (10 min walk) from the apartment. There is also a free shuttle bus to the beaches (2 minute ride). You’re welcome to take along the beach umbrella and supplies provided in the apartment to the free beaches. We are also happy to provide information on reserving a beach umbrella at any of the paid beach resorts.
