The B&B Col de le Mole is surrounded by a wide countryside, located in Castion, only 3 km far from Belluno downtown and placed at the foot of Nevegàl mountain, the closest skiing area and a beautiful summer touristic location. The bedrooms have been created and located in the last floor (penthouse) of the family house of Mario, Mattia and Claudia, restored with particular attention to environmental sustainability and using ecofriendly materials and renewable energy sources. It is placed in the middle of the beautiful Valbelluna, an open-air museum where nature, history, culture and traditions meet together to offer an unique experience to their visitors. The B&B offers to their guests e-bike, mountain-bike and winter equipments (ski, snowboard, bob, snowshoes, etc) rental service.

The B&B is managed by Mario, Mattia and Claudia, who welcome their hosts in a quiet, relaxed and warm place. They are all passionate about Sports and Nature: Mario is a qualified ski& mountain-bike trainer; Mattia, his son, is a qualified ski and free-ski trainer as well, Clauidia is a high-school teacher and takes care of their guests. They look forward to guiding their visitors and suggesting the most evocative Valbelluna and Dolomite itineraries, they also offer a rental service for e-bikes, mountain- bikes and winter equipment (ski, snowboard, snowshoes, etc) suggesting them the best places and locations to visit. Thanks to the many opportunities offered by the Dolomites area and their expertise, the ultimate goal of Mattia, Mario and Claudia is to ensure the best experience to their guests

The small town of Castion is located in the South area of Belluno, 3 km far from Belluno downtown and 8 km from Nevegal ski station and Col Visentin (part of the renown Dolomites hiking route – European path) The neighborhood is provided with all services: supermarket, pharmacy, bar, restaurants& pizzerias, public transportation and here located (only 500 mt far from the B&B) you will find one of 100 Venetian Villas designed by Antonio Canova, Villa Miari Fulcis, belonging to the 18th century. Those who love cycling or just walking will enjoy visiting the many beautiful small villages nearby. Belluno is the gateway to the Dolomites, it gives a beautiful view on the Veneto plan and it is a small but precious jewel in the middle of the amazing chain of mountains, the wonderful Belluno Dolomites are designated Unesco World Heirtage site. This is the calling card of a city on a human scale that offers artistic and natural beauties to the visitors. It’ very easy to get to the main art and touristic cities: Cortina d’Ampezzo (70km), Santa Croce Lake (15km), Venice (100km) , Verona (170km) and Valdobbiadene, where Prosecco is being produced (30km far)
