Bellagio Luxury Suite Apartments, has two types of apartments: SUITE KING and SUITE QUEEN. Both apartments have a small balcony (they do not have a lake view), are equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi, can only be reached by some ancient steep flights of stairs and there is no elevator. SUITE KING is a welcoming and elegant two-room apartment of 47 square meters, located on the 2nd floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. In the living room there is a kitchen, a sofa that becomes a comfortable double bed, a small balcony, a double bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with shower. SUITE QUEEN is a welcoming and elegant two-room apartment of 54 square meters, located on the 3rd floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. In the living room there is a kitchen, a sofa that becomes a comfortable double bed, a double bedroom with a king size bed, a sofa that becomes a single bed, a small balcony and a bathroom with shower. For bookings of 2 guests with the need to sleep in 2 beds, there is a supplement for the use of the sofa bed. Cleaning service is available on request, there is a supplement. For any additional guests there is a supplement per person per day and the payment of the tourist tax. From November to March, check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, instead of 8:00 PM. It is forbidden to bring bicycles / e-bikes / scooters, furthermore it does not have a bike storage. Only dogs are accepted, all other animals are not allowed, their presence must be reported, there is a supplement per day per dog. IMPORTANT all other pets are not accepted. POSITION: The BELLAGIO LUXURY SUITES APARTMENTS are located in the heart of the historic center of Bellagio, close to restaurants, bars, shops, the ferry dock and tourist boats, all easily reachable in a few minutes on foot. They are in a perfect position to admire and explore the most beautiful places, villas and botanical parks of Lake Como. HOW TO ACCESS BY CAR: The apartments are located in the ZTL area (limited traffic zone) you can access Piazza Mazzini, just 50 meters from the apartment, with your car, both upon your arrival and upon your departure, only for the time necessary for unloading/ loading luggage (maximum 20 minutes). At the time of Self Check-in, you will have to communicate the license plate, make and model of the car, to avoid incurring a fine. You will then have to look for a parking space in the nearby car parks, outside the centre, you will find paid and free car parks. The closest car parks are located about 300 meters away (on the lakeside). - Bellagio is a beautiful village, characterized by narrow streets made up of typical stairways and its small hamlets on the lake shore, which offer unique and romantic landscapes, it is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday, visit Lake Como, its villas and gardens. Bellagio, is the most famous village on Lake Como, known throughout the world, also called "The Pearl of Lake Como", it occupies a privileged position, it is located on the tip of the promontory that divides the lake into three branches with the advantage to be able to move comfortably on the lake by ferry, easily reaching the destinations of Varenna, Menaggio and Cadenabbia. - The municipality of Bellagio requires payment of the tourist tax per person per night, to be paid before your arrival (we will send you the link to make payment by credit card). In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID upon arrival during check-in hours: from Novembre to March: 15:00 - 18:00. Please note that self-check-in is at Mr Panino, 50 metres from the property.
