Bellagio on Lago di Como is also called the pearl of Lake Como. Villa Carla, in Limonta, a house with 8 condominiums, in which the apartment is located, is just behind the stately Villa Pozzi on the lake. You have a fantastic view of the lake from the dining and living room, bedroom and of course especially from the large balcony. The beautiful garden can also be used. To swim in the lake, walk along a path by the garden in 2-3 minutes and you will come to a small boat harbor. Stand Up Paddle, canoeing is also possible. There is another small path that quickly leads to the Limonta ferry port. From here boats go 2-3 times a day to Bellagio and Lecco. You will find every comfort in the duplex apartment, which has the dining and living room, 1 bedroom with bathroom, the balcony with lake view and an entrance terrace with mountain view in the lower area. In the attic there is an additional bedroom with bathroom. You wake up with a view of the lake through the large dormer window. The property is secured with an automatic gate and after the driveway you reach parking lot number 7, which is available free of charge.

You will love to discover the lake by either our public boats, private taxi boats or rental boats which can be rented without a license (up to 40PS). Kajaks, stand up paddles etc. are also offered at many boat rental places in our area. It is always worth to visit the mountains around us, for example Monte San Primo (1682m) close by, for a little walk or hike, a rustic lunch or dinner or just to enjoy the views (ca. 15min. by car). To visit Como you can use the bus, car or public boats (ca. 1hr), a beautiful historic city with lot's of great shops and restaurants. Milan can be reached within 1hr, St. Moritz /Switzerland within in max. 2hrs.
