Hi, I’m Daniele, your host! I’ve lived in this area all my life and know the Conero region and its stunning beaches very well. I love helping my guests discover the most authentic places in the area, which is why I’m always available for any information or advice you may need. I’m a friendly and approachable person, happy to recommend restaurants, excursions, beaches, and local experiences to help you make the most of Sirolo and its surroundings. I enjoy welcoming travelers from all over the world and making them feel at home. I’ll be there to greet you upon arrival for check-in and will be available throughout your stay for any needs, always respecting your privacy. I speak Italian and English. My goal is to offer you a comfortable stay, with great attention to detail and full of wonderful memories.

Property information

The property is located in a quiet area of Sirolo, where free parking is easy to find, yet it is not far from the town center (it takes about a 10-minute walk to reach the main square). Just a few meters from the house there is also a bus stop. For guests who would like to go to the beaches of San Michele or Sassi Neri, you can contact me to reserve a beach umbrella at our partner beach and enjoy a free shuttle service directly from the property. The guesthouse opened in 2025; all rooms are brand new and equipped with every comfort, including fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a minibar, and a coffee machine in each room. We have 4 rooms: two with a balcony, one with a large glass wall on two sides, and one with an additional small room featuring a bunk bed.

Neighbourhood information

Sirolo is a gem nestled between the slopes of Mount Conero and the blue waters of the Adriatic Sea. This medieval village offers charming views, flower-lined alleys, and breathtaking panoramas. Just a short distance away you’ll find unspoiled beaches such as San Michele, Sassi Neri, and the famous Due Sorelle beach, which can be reached by boat. The Conero Regional Park is a paradise for nature lovers, ideal for hiking, trekking, and mountain biking. A perfect blend of crystal-clear sea, wild nature, and local culture. The neighborhood where the house is located is very quiet, well served with all essential amenities, and less than a 10-minute walk from Sirolo’s main square. In this area it is also very easy to find free parking.
