New and elegant apartment with three rooms and six beds, located in the best area of the historic center of Palermo, just a stone's throw from the Massimo and Politeama theaters and the main shopping street of Palermo. Particularly suitable for those who work smart as it is equipped with a study and high-speed wifi. The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished, and has two double bedrooms, one of which is central with a large glass surface and equipped with a desk, a living room-kitchen with a comfortable double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and bidet and laundry area with washing machine, and two very panoramic balconies. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners and independent radiators with gas boiler. To limit plastic consumption, the apartment is also equipped with a water purifier which will improve the taste and quality of the water supplied from the public network. Finally, it is equipped with a safe, 43" 4K TV, Bluetooth speaker, Italian and American coffee machines, electric kettle, toaster, and the necessary furnishings and kitchen equipment for a group of six people.

Via Rosolino pilo is a perfect and quiet location for visiting the city, and a stone's throw from the heart of Palermo's lively nightlife (Vucciria, Piazza S. Anna, Piazza Marina). Just 50 meters from the building there is the fascinating church of SS Pietro e Paolo, and a little further on a police station. Near the building there are banks, post offices, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, souvenir shops, private car parks and taxis and buses (also for the airport). The historic Capo/Ballarò market can be reached on foot in 4 minutes, while La Vucciria in 6 minutes. The Teatro Massimo is just a 2-minute walk away, and from here you enter the historic center of the city. Walking along Via Maqueda, in just 5 minutes you reach Piazza Pretoria ("Fountain of Shame"), the Town Hall, and the splendid churches of Santa Caterina and Martorana.
