++++ New appliances: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, oven ++++ Independent house with sea view, 200 meters from the sandy beaches, inserted in the residential village of Costa Corallina overlooking the marine natural park Tavolara and Molara. The house is inserted in a village of private residences immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, where spontaneous flowers, perfume essences change with the seasons, inebriating the sight and the smell. The landscape that offers itself to the house is exciting: behind the mountains of Gennargentu, in front of the island of Tavolara, nature reserve, marine park. Leaving the Sardinian state road, upon arrival at the village there it captures silence, great tranquility. An enchanting path leads a few steps from the house to beaches, coves of fine sand, transparent waters: ideal places for adults and children. Adjacent to the beaches, there is a characteristic marina that offers more than nautical services bar, restrictive, refreshment. The whole village is covered by Wi-Fi service
