The Sea Room is the most spacious, with a double bed, a single sofa bed, and a work area. Teal blue and pink tones evoke the sunset over the sea, while the main bathroom, decorated in blue, white, and wood, creates a seafaring atmosphere. The Hill Room is a warm and cozy room with a double bed and wood, green, and brick-red furnishings that evoke the Tuscan hills. The en-suite bathroom echoes the tones of wine, a local specialty. The living area has a blue kitchen that's fully equipped for cooking up a storm, whether you're in the mood for an indoor feast or a meal al fresco in the courtyard. The orange-hued living room has a sofa bed that turns into two comfy extra beds. Plus, the apartment has a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, eco-friendly, and sustainable air conditioning. It's also in a quiet city location with security and easy parking nearby. Accommodation of unaccompanied minors For safety and liability reasons, our facility does not accept the stay of minors under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by at least one parent or legal guardian. Requests for stays by minors accompanied by a third party can only be considered in the presence of Written authorisation signed by both parents (or legal guardian); Copy of the parents' or guardian's identity document; Constant presence during the stay of a responsible adult at the property and declaration of assumption of responsibility of the minor. The property reserves the right to refuse the booking or access to the facility in the event of situations that do not guarantee the safety and well-being of the minor.
