The apartment is located in the city center, with all major services nearby: supermarket, Neapolitan pizzeria, bar-patisserie, and at the same time, only about 500 meters on foot from the beautiful countryside of Colle Val d'Elsa. There is ample free parking at the supermarket and along the surrounding side streets.
