Located 21 km from both Bologna and Ferrara, the apartment is comfortable, quite and recently renovated. The apartment is composed by two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a single), a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a laundry, and a kitchen. The house is provided with every kind of service: washing machine, heater, bed sheets, towels and kitchen equippment. Furthermore, you can enjoy free Wi-Fi connection in every area of the apartment, tv in all bedrooms, hairdryer, coffe/cappucino maker, hiron. The whole apartment will be at guests' disposal, they will also have access to the garden in front of the entrance. They will be welcomed by the owner, who will consign the house clean and orderly.
We are ready to welcome you in out city, we will make everything needed to make your stay extremely pleasant and to satisfy all of your necessities. We are always at disposal, you can contact us by mail, phone or personally whenever you need information or have special requirements.
The apartment is located in Altedo, a small town 21 km far from both Bologna and Ferrara. The cities are easily reachable with the public transport as well as with private means, since "Altedo" is one of the highway exit along the highway A13 (Bologna/Padova). Altedo is also very well connected with the Bologna and Ferarra exhibition areas, reachable in 15 minutes (using the highway) or 30 minutes (via provincial road or with public transport). The area is highly safe and quite, near the apartment you will find supermarkets, a pharmacy, post office, ATM and every kind of shop on a walking distance.
